Le Camere
Il Podere La Svolta B&B dispone di cinque camere, per un totale di undici posti letto, recentemente ristrutturate mantenendo lo stile rustico e classico di un tempo. Ognuna delle stanze è provvista di bagno privato, biancheria da letto e da bagno e TV. Le stanze prendono il nome da alberi da frutto presenti nel podere e il colore delle pareti si intona con quello della pianta di riferimento.
I nostri ospiti potranno godere ogni giorno della nostra meravigliosa piscina immersa nel verde, ideale per rilassarsi e per rigeneranti nuotate.
Servizi inclusi: cambio biancheria settimanale, set biancheria da bagno, set biancheria camera, ( SERVIZIO PULIZIA CAMERE INCLUSO NEL PREZZO )
Servizi Offerti: il B&B dispone di parcheggio privato coperto, ampio giardino, piscina, terrazza panoramica, area barbecue, cucina in uso comune, connessione WI-FI ed è organizzato per accogliere cicloturisti. Nel soggiorno è inclusa la prima colazione.
Durata dei Soggiorni: aperto da Giugno a Settembre compreso.
Alla prenotazione è richiesto il pagamento del 30% del totale quale caparra, a mezzo bonifico bancario o altre soluzioni previo accordo telefonico. Saldo all'arrivo.

The Podere La Svolta B&B has five bedrooms, for a total of eleven beds, recently renovated respecting the typical old tuscan style. Each room has a private bathroom, bed linen and towels and TV. The name and the color of the walls of the rooms derive from the fruit tree inside in the farm.
Every day our guests will enjoy the wonderful pool that is perfect to relax and to swim.
The price includes: weekly change of linen, bed linen, bathroom linen. Last but not least, breakfast is included and you will enjoy it in our nice living room, ( CLEANING SERVICE INCLUDED IN PRICE )
Provided services: the Podere La Svolta B & B provides a private covered parking, a large garden, swimming pool, panoramic terrace, barbecue area, small kitchen available, free WI-FI and it is equipped to welcome cyclists.
Opening time: from June to all September.
Check-in: from 4.00 p.m.
Check-out: before 10. 00 a.m.
The staff is present 24 hrs for everything
